A technique belong to Rasetsu's unique Shinjugan. All thigs in creation are ultimately bound by concept. This particulalr ability capitalizes on that fact and uses it to Rasetsu's advantages by rejecting any and all concept. For example, if the concept of "an enemy attack that kills" exists, it is ultimately still a concept, and is therefore rejected by Rasetsu's divine eyes, rendering it moot, null, and void.
